What MapView does

MapView is the group’s AI property and site intelligence platform. It reads title, planning, zoning, overlay, hazard, amenity and market data around an address and returns a clear picture of what can be built there, what surrounds it and what the risks are — work that otherwise takes weeks of consultant time. MapView is used inside the group to find and test sites, and is sold to developers, planners, agents and advisers.
