What WRAP does

WRAP is the group’s flagship completed mixed-use asset at 133-139 City Road, Southbank, in Melbourne. The 42-level building holds a ground-floor café and retail, car parking on levels 1 to 9 and 300 one and two bedroom apartments on levels 10 to 41, with the pool, gymnasium and conference facilities on level 10 and a further retail tenancy on the western side of the site. Project value is $175 million. All of Barcam’s divisions were called on — acquisition, design management, development and project management, sales and marketing and construction overview — and the asset is now held and managed within the group.
