What SOFY does
SOFY is the group’s asset management business. It protects and grows the long-term value of the assets the group develops and holds, covering operations, leasing, tenant and resident experience, capital works and reporting to owners. SOFY works with the operating partners appointed to each asset and reports on performance against the original investment case. The business is being established alongside the group’s current delivery programme and will take on management of the first completed assets as they settle.
